when becoming a member you acknowledge and agree to the following items:
Membership Fees

You agree to pay the subscription fee associated with your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Notice of any changes to the fee or terms will be provided at least [30] days in advance.

Community Guidelines

You agree to abide by the Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct, which are designed to ensure a respectful and supportive environment for all members.

Intellectual Property

All content provided within the community remains the intellectual property of Biz Local Media and may not be reproduced or distributed without express permission.

Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared within the community.

Limitation of Liability

Biz Local Media is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your membership.

Termination

Biz Local Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate any of the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Additional Charges & Fees

Requests for work outside the scope of the stated plans are subject to additional fees. Biz Local Media will inform the client of additional charges and fees in advance. Pending client approval, all fees and charges associated with work will be invoiced upon completion and billed at $45 per hour unless otherwise stated in a quote.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Westmoreland County, Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
